Rates include all legal taxes and are for minimum accommodation of 7 nights / 8 days preferred starting every Sunday (negotiable).
The rental basis is per property, and based on villa capacity. The extra charge per person is 10% of the total amount of the accomodation. Children up to 6 years are staying free.

It possible to stay for more or less days only after contacting us.
Reservations up to 15/4/2012 are getting early booking discount of 10%, plus another 5% to those that are staying for 15 days. Deposits up to that date are fully refundable.

There is a possibility of moving after a consultation.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is allowed within the Villas.
Weddings and social events are allowed upon request.
Check-in time 15:00 P.M, check-out time 11:00 A.M. (flexible time during low and off season).
In house cleaning 10:00 A.M - 15:00 P.M. Swimming Pool and Verandas cleaning 8:30 A.M - 10:00A.M (using the exterior stairs)
Once a week pool closed at 19:00 P.M reopens 10:00 A.M next day for weekly cleaning maintenance.
